A woman was in for a major shock when she heard a radio host ranting about how annoying his new neighbor was live on-air – only to discover that he was talking about her.

Sabina Hunsicker, 23, who recently moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Chicago, Illinois, has gone viral on TikTok after she posted a clip of herself listening to the Brian, Ali and Justin radio show on 101.1 WKQX, and realized that one of the radio hosts – Justin – was totally dissing her.

‘Me finding out my neighbor is a radio host,’ she captioned the clip, which has gotten more than 13 million views since it was posted on October 28.

‘I don’t want to make small talk. Like, I’m that way. I have a neighbor and all she wants to do is talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk,’ Justin could be heard saying during the segment.

‘I’m like, “No, no, no, no, no.” That’s not what this is, I live here.’

One of the other hosts then added, ‘She got the wrong neighbor when she came next to you on that one.’

‘You know, it’s so funny. She literally said that,’ Justin continued. ‘She goes, “I was so excited. I just moved here from Philly. I was excited to move in the building, get to know my neighbors and then I got you.” Yeah, my bad, girl. Don’t talk to me.’

After the video blew up, Justin revealed in another episode of his show that Sabina sent him a DM and apologized after he received thousands of hate messages over it.

‘She said, “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry. You don’t deserve any of this. I seriously did not think it would blow up in this way. I’m so sorry, I can delete this if you want me to,”‘ he revealed.

He explained that people contacted the radio station and his advertisers in an attempt to end his career, and that someone even called him a ‘serial killer.’

Justin admitted that because he works a lot – sometimes 10 to 12 hours a day – when he comes home, he’s just not in the mood to talk to anyone.

‘Sometimes, when I get home after working all day, and I’m talk, talk, talk, talk, talking, I don’t feel like talk, talk, talk, talk, talking. I kind of just want to go up to my apartment, pet my dog and go to outer space,’ he explained.

‘I’m not the type of person who wants to have a conversation with my neighbor about nothing.’

He said he told Sabina after she first moved in that small talk ‘isn’t for him’ and that he just wants to enjoy his private time – but if she ever needed anything important she could knock on his door (as long as it’s before 7 PM when he goes to bed).

‘Also, I’m 34 years old. She is 23 and hot. I have a girlfriend. I think there should be a line there. I don’t want to be too flirty or too nice. I’m trying to be respectful to my girlfriend and to her,’ he added.

Later on in the episode, Sabina called into the show so they could talk it out, live on the air.

‘I’m young, I’m 23. I came in thinking I was going to make so many friends in my building. And I see this guy who lives across the hall and he has a dog so I was like, He looks like a nice guy,”‘ she recalled.

He also said that out of respect for his girlfriend, he wanted to steer clear of Sabina - who he described as young and 'hot'

‘But you wanted nothing to do with me. I kept bothering you because I was just bored.’

Sabina explained that she has a ‘flirty’ and ‘outgoing’ personality, and that she meant no harm by her friendliness.

She posted one more video about the situation, and she explained that she apologized to him because she didn’t think he deserved all the hate he was getting over it.

‘I heard him talk about me on the radio but he never said my name. So me making that TikTok – I was blowing my own spot up,’ she said.

‘I basically said, “Okay, this is about me.” The only people who knew it was about me in the beginning were me and him, that’s it. And then it blew up and you guys were sending him hate, which he doesn’t deserve.

‘He was just talking about how he doesn’t want to be friends with me, which is fine. You don’t have to be friends with me Justin.

‘I heard what you said about me on the radio and I was upset about it so I made a video. That’s it. It’s really not that deep. I’ll see you around. And for everyone watching this video, stop sending him hate.’
